(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police are trying to identify the driver in a fatal hit and run Saturday morning in North Portland. It happened at North Denver and Columbia Boulevard. Police were dispatched to a welfare check and found a pedestrian who was deceased. The driver fled the scene and police don't have a description of the suspect's vehicle.
