(Hermiston, OR)  --  A Hermiston, Oregon man has won 100-thousand dollars in the Powerball lottery game.  Bradley Plate's ticket had four of the white numbers correct.  He needed one more white number and the power ball number to win the jackpot that was worth 470-million dollars last Saturday.  The Powerball drawing for Wednesday was worth 550-million dollars.
