(Vancouver, WA)  --  A suspect has been arrested for arson at Shanahan's Pub in Vancouver.  The fire happened last Saturday afternoon on the roof of the restaurant.  Surveillance video showed a man carrying a ladder and a bucket approach the building and leave around the time the fire started.  The suspect was identified as 44-year-old Eugene Scott of Vancouver.  He was arrested and charged with Arson in the 1st Degree.
