(Portland, OR)  --  Thousands of people remain without power following Tuesday night's storm.  Portland General Electric says around four-thousand customers were still without electricity as of 3:30 this morning.  A total of 95-thousand customers of P-G-E lost power at the height of the outages.  The utility says the remaining outages are in remote areas with difficult access, and it may be this weekend before all of the power is restored.
