(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police Chief Chuck Lovell says they'll hold people accountable if there's destruction, violence or criminal behavior around the Presidential inauguration.  Lovell says Portland Police have been working with other local police agencies and federal authorities to plan for events.  He says there are no known specific threats to Portland.  He says they will make arrests and present cases to the District Attorney for prosecution if there's criminal activity.
