Oregon COVID-19 Cases Trending Upward

(Portland, OR)  --  COVID-19 cases are on the rise following the holidays in Oregon.  The Oregon Health Authority reports new cases are up three-percent.  The number of positive tests increased to eight-point-two-percent.  There were also 104 more deaths this week than the prior week.  Officials say 55-percent of the new cases were in people between 20 and 49 years of age.
