(Tigard, OR) -- Police in Tigard are seeking help identifying a suspect accused of breaking windows during a riot earlier this month. The Tigard Police Department says the man was caught on surveillance camera using a crowbar to smash several windows on January 7th. Protesters were demonstrating against a deadly officer-involved shooting when the riot broke out. Police describe the suspect as a white man with curly hair and glasses.
