Oregon Convention Center To Light Up In Honor Of 400K COVID Deaths

(Portland, OR)  --  The spires on the Oregon Convention Center will light up in red, white and blue today in honor of the nearly 400-thousand Americans who have died from COVID-19.  Multnomah County Commissioner Jessica Vega Pederson made the request.  The current death toll makes this pandemic the third most deadly tragedy in American history, following the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic and the U.S. Civil War.
