(Portland, OR)  --  West Burnside is reopened following a week-long closure due to last week's mudslide.  The slide during last Tuesday's storm brought down 500 cubic yards of debris along with trees and power poles.  Crews hauled away a total of 42 dump truck loads, and then engineers used rocks to stabilize the hillside.  The Barbara Walker Crossing remains closed for repairs after being hit by a falling tree.
