(Portland, OR)  --  The I-405 freeway in Portland will close this weekend for installation of the new Flanders Crossing bridge.  I-405 will close in both directions between the Fremont Bridge and Highway 26 at 10 p.m. Friday.  It's scheduled to reopen at 5 a.m. Monday.  The Flanders Crossing is a new pedestrian and bike bridge that will connect the Pearl District to Northwest Portland.
