(Portland, OR)  --  Federal officers declared an unlawful assembly during protests outside the ICE facility in South Portland late last night.  The Portland Police Bureau says protesters threw eggs and rocks at the ICE building.  Federal officers deployed tear gas and other crowd control munitions.  The protest followed demonstrations at the Democratic Party of Oregon's Portland headquarters, where police arrested eight people for vandalism and various other charges.
