(Portland, OR) -- Nearly a dozen people are facing charges after dozens of demonstrators took to the streets of downtown Portland last night in protest against the inauguration of President Joe Biden. KATU-2 reports about 150 protesters marched to the Democratic Party of Oregon's Portland headquarters, where they allegedly smashed windows, set fires and spray-painted anarchy signs. Protesters said they were demonstrating against both Biden and law enforcement while supporting the rights of indigenous peoples. Police arrested eight people on various charges.
