(Portland, OR)  --  New details are coming to light regarding a weekend homicide in southeast Portland.  Police say 31-year-old Samuel Feltis was killed in a shooting Sunday night.  Police found his body on Southeast 90th Place about a block north of Powell Boulevard.  It's not yet clear what led to the shooting.  No suspect information has been released.
