(Springfield, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a man in connection a deadly crash in Springfield from back in December. Investigators say 57-year-old Kenneth McQuown was driving under the influence when he struck 40-year-old Nathan Nelson while he was crossing the street. Records show Nelson worked for ARC Lane County, which is a non-profit that helps people with disabilities. He was walking with a client at the time when he was hit. The client was not hurt. McQuown was arraigned last week.
