(Salem, OR) -- Police in Salem have arrested a suspect in connection to the December 21st protest at the Oregon State Capitol. Police arrested 65-year-old Richard Braatz of Eugene yesterday in downtown Salem, where he was participating in a protest near the Marion County District Attorney's Office. He's being charged with attempted assault and riot.
