(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is modifying COVID rules for indoor activities in Extreme Risk counties.  Starting this Friday, facilities over 500 square feet can have up to six people inside, allowing fitness facilities to reopen.  Facilities smaller than 500 square feet can have one customer and one employee inside.  The new modified rules do not apply to restaurants.
