(Portland, OR)  --  Nearly two-dozen more Oregonians are dead after contracting COVID-19.  The Oregon Health Authority confirmed 22 new coronavirus deaths yesterday along with 796 new cases of the virus.  A total of 308 people are currently hospitalized.  That's 12 less than on Monday.
