(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police do not believe a hit-and-run rampage on Monday was the result of terrorism, bias or politically motivated.  According to PPB officials, the unidentified driver remained in the hospital as of last night and will be booked into jail after he is released.  The suspect is accused of careening through 15 blocks of Southeast Stark Street on Monday, killing one person and injuring several others.  The driver eventually crashed his SUV and tried to run on foot, but was tackled and pinned down by a group of bystanders.
