(Portland, OR) -- Nora the polar bear is returning to the Oregon Zoo. Nora was here for a year back in 2016 before being moved to Utah's Hogle Zoo to grow up around other polar bears. The Oregon Zoo's Polar Passage habitat is nearly complete, and Nora is scheduled to return in March.
