(Portland, OR) -- Police are releasing the name of the driver accused of going on a hit-and-run rampage through Southeast Portland on Monday, killing one person and injuring nine others. Sixty-four-year-old Paul Rivas of Oregon City faces several charges, including second-degree murder. Investigators say Rivas killed 77-year-old Jean Gerich during his rampage before he crashed and was tackled by bystanders. The suspect made his first court appearance yesterday afternoon where he entered a not guilty plea.
