(Salem, OR) -- Police in Salem say they've arrested a man accused of setting fire to two city vehicles. The Salem Police Department says 20-year-old Matthew Mungenast [[ MUNG-an-ast ]] is being charged with arson and criminal mischief for the fires at Pringle Parkade on January 10th. Damage was estimated at 45-thousand dollars. Police say Mungenast was arrested on unrelated charges last month, and an investigation tied him to the arsons.
