(Vancouver, WA) -- Police are searching for a suspect accused of stealing a running vehicle that had two children inside. It happened Saturday afternoon in Hazel Dell. The Clark County Sheriff's Office says surveillance video shows a Toyota Camry stop behind the victim's car and then one person getting out and jumping into the running vehicle and driving away. Police found the car abandoned several blocks away with both children still inside. Police say the children were not hurt, and one of them was still sleeping.
