(Portland, OR) -- Police are releasing the identity of a 16-year-old boy who was found shot to death inside a car at the French Prairie rest area on I-5 south of Wilsonville. Police say Juan Santos Bautista was found dead on January 16th. Police arrested another 16-year-old boy in connection to the murder on Saturday. Police say both the victim and the suspect were from Washington state and knew each other.
