(Portland, OR) -- An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a woman's body in northeast Portland. Police say officers responded to the area of Northeast Gertz Road and Vancouver Way yesterday morning on reports on an unresponsive person. Responding officers found the woman dead. It's not yet clear how or when the woman died.
