(McMinnville, OR) -- A tow truck driver faces charges in McMinnville after police say he sold methamphetamine while working. Arrest records show that officers worked with an undercover informant for three weeks who bought meth from 53-year-old Richard Howlett on three separate occasions. A search of Howlett's truck and place of employment uncovered eight ounces of meth and 15-hundred-dollars in cash.
