(Vancouver, WA)  --  The annual Vancouver Fireworks Spectacular at For Vancouver is being called off for the second year in a row due to COVID-19.  Organizers of the event say they had a deadline of January 31st to let their vendor know whether they'd be purchasing fireworks.  Organizers say health experts don't expect conditions will allow for large gatherings any earlier than this fall.
