(Portland, OR) -- Another top Oregon leader is calling for the resignation of Democratic State Representative Diego Hernandez amid allegations he engaged in sexual harassment on the job. State Treasurer Tobias Reed issued a statement yesterday saying an investigation into the allegations has uncovered behavior that is unacceptable. Reed added it's time for Hernandez to resign. Hernandez submitted written testimony in a hearing before the House Committee on Conduct saying he takes responsibility for his actions. However, he also claimed the investigation process was flawed and that the report was misleading.
