(Portland, OR) -- Local residents who own or lease an electric vehicle could qualify for a rebate of up to one-thousand dollars for the purchase of a personal charging station. Portland General Electric says it's offering rebates of 500 dollars for most customers, but low-income residents can get up to one-thousand dollars.
