(Astoria, OR) -- The Oregon-based Coast Guard Cutter Steadfast is back home following a 45-day counter-narcotics patrol. The U.S. Coast Guard says the cutter returned to its homeport of Astoria Saturday after traversing more than ten-thousand miles. Crewmembers seized one-thousand-675 pounds of cocaine with a street value of more than 28-million dollars. Crews boarded a total of four vessels and detained seven suspected narcotics traffickers during the mission.
