(Lincoln County, OR)  --  Oregon State Police are charging a man with manslaughter and DUII after a deadly crash in Lincoln County.  Troopers say 33-year-old Johnny Widerman of Newport was driving southbound on Highway 101 in his pickup truck Sunday night when he veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a minivan. The crash killed 20-year-old Ruben Vasquez, and seriously injured the driver and two juvenile passengers.
