(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash on North Columbia Boulevard near Columbia Court.  The Portland Police Bureau says the car crashed into a tree yesterday afternoon, killing the driver.  Police say no one else was in the vehicle, and no other injuries were reported.  This is the eighth fatal crash in Portland so far this year.
