(Portland, OR) -- A 21-year-old woman is pleading guilty to helping set a fire at the Multnomah County Justice Center during a demonstration in September. Hannah Lilly is being ordered to pay the county 46-thousand dollars in restitution and serve 18 months probation. She will also have to perform 120 hours of community service. Lilly has no prior criminal history.
