(Woodburn, OR) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly robbing the North Face store at the Woodburn Outlet Mall at knifepoint. Police say the man shoplifted several items at the store on Wednesday and then threatened employees who tried to stop him. Responding officers found 28-year-old Vincente Leon Jr. in the parking lot and arrested him. Police say he had several prescription drugs in his pockets including xanax, oxycodone and morphine.
