(Portland, OR) -- The Portland Bureau of Transportation is reminding residents it won't be plowing snow from the city's side streets. The bureau tells KATU-2 it doesn't plow or treat side streets as a rule because it doesn't have enough plows to do so. Transportation officials say residents living along these streets will have to wait for the snow to melt.
