(Portland, OR) -- More than 140-thousand people are still without power in western Oregon following winter storms over the weekend. Portland General Electric says just over 120-thousand customers were still in the dark as of 3:30 this morning. Pacific Power says over 20-thousand of its customers were still without electricity. PGE says it's still working to fix more than six-thousand downed wires. Over 25-hundred people are working to restore power to the area.
