Governor Issues Anti-Price Gouging Order In Storm-Devastated Counties

(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is issuing an anti-price gouging order in the nine counties that have declared a state of emergency following the weekend's winter storms.  The order comes as hotels and motels fill up with people who haven't had electricity for days.  The order allows the Oregon Attorney General to investigate and take action if businesses violate the order.  Anyone experiencing an unusual price increase should report it to the Oregon Department of Justice.
