PGE Says 90% Of Power To Be Restored By Friday

(Portland, OR) -- Portland General Electric says it will have 90-percent of the power outages from the winter storms restored by Friday night. The remaining ten-percent of the customers could be without power for several more days due to extensive damage. Pacific Power says electricity has been restored to 74-thousand customers. It could be Friday before outages to 49-hundred customers in Dallas, Stayton and Albany are repaired.
