(Portland, OR) -- The number of positive COVID-19 tests in Oregon is at its lowest level since mid-November. The Oregon Health Authority says the state's positive test rate is currently three-point-four-percent. The number of new cases dropped 15-percent over the last week. However, hospitalizations and deaths both increased.
