(Portland, OR) -- Flags are flying at half-staff across Oregon in memory of more than 500-thousand Americans who have died from COVID-19. Governor Kate Brown issued the order yesterday. President Joe Biden made a similar declaration for federal buildings. The order remains in effect until sunset on Friday. In Oregon, two-thousand-155 people have died from COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
