Florence Restaurant Fined For Exposing Workers To COVID-19

(Florence, OR) -- Another Oregon restaurant is being fined for willfully exposing workers to COVID-19. Oregon OSHA has fined the New Blue Hen in Florence nearly 18-thousand dollars. That's nearly double the minimum penalty. OSHA says the business knew it was violating a public health order banning indoor dining in an "Extreme Risk" county. Earlier this month, Springfield restaurant Along Came Trudy was fined for the same violation.
