(Portland, OR) -- Police say DNA helped detectives identify a suspect in a stranger-on-stranger kidnapping and sexual assault that happened in downtown Portland in 2016. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says 27-year-old Timothy Harris was indicted on kidnapping and sex assault charges yesterday. He's currently in custody at the King County Jail lin Seattle and will be extradited to Oregon to face his charges.
