OR Utility Moratorium Extended

(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Public Utility Commission is extending the moratorium on disconnections for electric and natural gas service through June 30th.  The moratorium was set to expire on April 1st.  There are 97-thousand customers who are more than three months behind on their bills.  That's an increase of 272-percent since the pandemic started.
