(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is no longer an "anarchist jurisdiction."  President Biden issued an executive order yesterday revoking the designation for Portland, Seattle and New York.  Former Attorney General William Bar designated the cities anarchist jurisdictions back in September at the request of former President Trump, who also threatened to withhold funding from the cities.
