New COVID-19 Cases Down 35-Percent Last Week

(Portland, OR)  --  New cases of COVID-19 in Oregon were down 35-percent over the last week.  Health officials say hospitalizations were also down 42-percent.  The number of deaths declined from 114 to 17, which is the lowest weekly death toll since June.  The state's positive test rate is at three-and-a-half-percent.
