(Portland, OR)  --  Portland General Electric says it could be until next week before all power outages from the winter storms are repaired.  There are still hundreds of lines down, and while there are only a few hundred customers without power, most of the outages only affect one or two homes.  Those outages take more time to fix.  Most of the remaining outages are in Clackamas and Marion counties.
