(Boring, OR)  --  A construction worker is dead following an accident at Townsend Farms in Boring.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says the worker was hit by an excavator at the farm yesterday.  Police say another worker was backing up the excavator when they felt a bump and realized the other worker had been struck.  Paramedics pronounced the worker dead at the scene.  Oregon OSHA is investigating.
