(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly ramming patrol cars during a traffic stop in Northeast Portland.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old Wayde Silva had multiple warrants out for his arrest when deputies spotted his vehicle parked at a motel Tuesday.  Deputies used their cars to box him in, prompting him to allegedly ram the cars.  Deputies broke out a rear window and arrested him.
