(Portland, OR) -- Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting in the St. Johns area. Police arrested 35-year-old Jaron Mulkey in Vancouver Saturday on a charge of attempted murder. He's accused of shooting and injuring a man earlier that morning near North Richards and Midway Avenue. The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
