(Portland, OR) -- Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a shooting in Portland's Argay neighborhood. The Portland Police Bureau says the suspect shot and injured a man early yesterday morning near Northeast Failing Street and 141st Drive. The victim is expected to survive. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest.
