(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials say cases of COVID-19 are on the rise again in Oregon following several weeks of declining numbers.  The Oregon Health Authority says total cases increased by 17-percent during the last week of February.  Hospitalizations also increased slightly.  Oregon's current positive test rate is three-point-seven-percent.
